| Our goal is to take advantage
of Internet technology to enable businesses to interact with
consumers in highly personalized ways without forfeiting the
privacy of the consumer. As such, privacy is at the core of
IncomePad. This statement outlines our privacy-related practices.
IncomePad has made every reasonable attempt to insure that the
terms of this Privacy Policy are accurately reflected in the
explanations contained in the Privacy Policy. However, in the
event of any conflict with the language of this section and
the examples given anywhere else, the language of this Privacy
Policy shall be controlling. Please provide us your feedback

A. DISCLOSURES
OF YOUR INFORMATION.
IncomePad does not give, sell, rent, share, or trade any identifiable
personal information regarding our members to any third party,
with the exception of third-party contractors or service providers,
such as ad serving partners, check printers and other fulfillment
agencies who work with the IncomePad to provide the IncomePad
Service, and who are contractually prohibited from other use
of the information. In addition, IncomePad may disclose non-personally
identifiable or identifying information about You to customers,
partners, or other third parties in order to deliver targeted
advertising or other services to You, and You authorize the
IncomePad to use or disclose such information in accordance
with the terms of this Privacy Policy. IncomePad can - and you
authorize us to - disclose your personal information to law
enforcement officials when required to do so or when IncomePad
believes in good faith that it is necessary for compliance with
a legal obligation. As a matter of policy IncomePad intends
to oppose non-governmental third party efforts to obtain by
subpoena or other legal process any personal information about
our members. |

B. CONSENT TO
COLLECT AND PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION, INCLUDING PERSONAL DATA.
IncomePad collects and processes information about You in order
to provide to You the services described in Membership Agreement.
Certain information such as your name and address constitute
"personal data" because that information can be used
to directly or indirectly identify You ("Personal Data").
This information is protected under our Privacy Policy. IF YOU
ARE NOTIFIED THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO JOIN THE INCOMEPAD SERVICE,
YOU WILL NEED TO CONSENT TO INCOMEPAD USING YOUR INFORMATION,
INCLUDING PERSONAL DATA, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY
AND THE TERMS OF OUR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT. Members are always
free to close their account by sending an email to support@IncomePad.com
or by submitting the cancellation form at http://www.incomepad.com/cancel.php

C. INCOMEPAD.
All information collected as a result of your subscription to
the IncomePad Service and participation in the IncomePad community
("Membership") will be controlled by IncomePad. |

D. ONLINE REGISTRATION
FORM.
In the online registration form on its Web sites, IncomePad
requires You to provide your full name, full street address,
email address and a password. IncomePad will process this information
to determine your eligibility for the IncomePad Service, administer
your Membership, provide the IncomePad Service and provide You
with other benefits of Membership. |

OTHER INFORMATION.
IncomePad
may invite You to provide other personal information at other
times including, but not limited to, if You purchase products
through our Web site or IncomePad Service, enter the Sweepstakes
or any other sweepstakes, contest or promotion that IncomePad
may conduct in the future or if You report a problem with any
of our services. Such personal information gathered by IncomePad
will be used solely as necessary to complete the transaction
itself unless otherwise specifically explained to You and permitted
by You at the time the information is collected. |

INCOMEPAD COLLECTS AS PART OF THE INCOMEPAD SERVICE. |

REQUIRED FOR TAX PURPOSES. |
| If You earn enough
funds in the Alternative Rewards Program or win prizes in the
Sweepstakes or otherwise receive rewards or payments with sufficient
value such that IncomePad reasonably believes that a tax reporting
obligation exists for us in your country, IncomePad may contact
You to request additional information including, but not limited
to, the Social Security number of our U.S. Members, or similar
identifiers for non-U.S. Members. This information will be used
for legitimate purposes related to complying with applicable
tax laws. If You are contacted and fail to provide the information
that IncomePad legitimately requires to comply with relevant
law, You agree that IncomePad may withhold any Alternative Rewards
Program payments, Sweepstakes prizes or other payments from
You until IncomePad receives that information. |
| F.2. INFORMATION
REQUIRED TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY. |
| If IncomePad reasonably
believes that an account is not legitimate because of non-compliance
with the terms of Membership Agreement, including but not limited
to, that You are a person and that You have a single account,
IncomePad may contact You to request additional information
including, but not limited to a valid credit card number with
a recognized credit card. This information will be used for
legitimate purposes related to verifying your identity. If You
are contacted and fail to provide the information that IncomePad
legitimately requires to verify your identity, You agree that
IncomePad may withhold any Alternative Rewards Program payments
to You and/or Sweepstakes prizes from You until IncomePad receives
that information. If IncomePad is unable to verify your identity,
or non-compliance with the terms of this Membership Agreement
is verified, IncomePad may cancel any Alternative Rewards Program
payments, Sweepstakes prizes or other payments due to You. |
| F.3. INFORMATION
OBTAINED FROM ADVERTISERS, MERCHANTS OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES. |
| Information about
You may be collected by advertisers, merchants or other third
parties, including, but not limited to, instances where You
click through advertisements or other links on our Web sites
or take advantage of discounts and promotions directed to You
by them. Although IncomePad may not have direct access to this
information stream, some of these entities may provide us with
information about the promotions, products or services that
You obtained from them or other information that they have collected
about You in providing such promotions, products or services.
You agree and authorize these entities to share such information
with IncomePad. IncomePad will keep, protect and use such information
within the terms of our Privacy Policy and this Membership Agreement. |

| G. COOKIES. |
| IncomePad uses a
feature of your Internet browser called a "cookie"
to assign a unique identification to your computer. Cookies
are files that your Web browser places on your computer's hard
drive. Cookies can be used to help save and retrieve passwords
used on the IncomePad Network and to save information on past
activities and other preferences. That way, you don't have to
reenter information upon every visit to the IncomePad service.
IncomePad creates and then uses these cookie files to track
your clicks as you go through sites within the IncomePad Network
including IncomePad. IncomePad uses cookies for the benefit
of users. When you visit a Web site on which IncomePad serves
offers, IncomePad reads the cookie to help target and personalize
offers to you. The cookie can help ensure that you don't see
an offer that you have already completed. Cookies also let IncomePad
know if IncomePad have repeat visitors and if IncomePad is delivering
a quality product to our users. IncomePad also uses cookies
to identify which sites our repeat visitors are coming from.
IncomePad does not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal
information about you from your computer unless such information
was knowingly and willingly provided by you. |

| H. AD-SERVING. |
| IncomePad contracts
with third party ad-serving companies to display advertisements
on the IncomePad web pages. You agree that these companies may
place cookies on your computer, and You acknowledge that IncomePad
will use reasonable efforts to obtain from our ad-serving contractors
contractual restrictions to use such cookies only for the purpose
of fulfilling their ad-serving obligations to us. |

of your information described above, IncomePad may use your

INFORMATION. |
| As part of your
Membership, You agree that IncomePad may use your email address
to verify your identity, to protect against misrepresentation
of your identity and to contact You with updates about your
account, new products and services, and company information.
If You participate in the IncomePad Service, IncomePad may use
the residence address information to mail your check to You
and to verify your location for tax purposes. IncomePad uses
URL information IncomePad collects to help direct advertising
to You that is more likely to be of interest to You. IncomePad
uses your IP address to help diagnose technical problems and
to administer our Web site and the IncomePad Service. IncomePad
may use your email address, mailing address, or telephone number
to contact You in the event that You are a potential winner
of any other possible sweepstakes, contest or promotion that
IncomePad may conduct in the future. |
| I.2. INFORMATION
GATHERED THOUGH THE INCOMEPAD SERVICE. |
| IncomePad
will process the information IncomePad gathers while You use
the IncomePad Service to build a profile of your interests and
activities so that IncomePad can send you advertisements, offers,
benefits and content targeted to your specific interests, and
to provide You with the full benefits of Membership. As IncomePad
aggregates this type of information about all of our members,
IncomePad offers aggregated, anonymous summaries to our advertisers
and other third parties so that they can learn what products
and services are most popular to consumers, but IncomePad does
not disclose our members’ personally identifiable information
to these third parties. |

| J. CORRECTING
OR UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL DATA. |
| You may update or
correct your Personal Data in accordance with the following
procedures. You are entitled to update and correct your Personal
Data. To correct or update your Personal Data, please use the
Account Update Form in the My Account Section. |

LINKS. |
| Our Web sites and
contain links to other companies and their Web sites. IncomePad
is not responsible for and makes no representations about the
privacy practices of such companies or the content of their
Web sites. |

| L. A SPECIAL
NOTE ABOUT CHILDREN. |
Children under the
age of 13 may not participate. Persons between the ages of 13
and 18 MUST ask a parent or guardian permission before using
the IncomePad Service. IncomePad does not give, sell, rent,
share, or trade any identifiable personal information regarding
our members to any third party, with the exception of third-party
contractors or service providers, such as ad serving partners,
check printers and other fulfillment agencies who work with
IncomePad to provide the IncomePad Service, and who are contractually
prohibited from other use of the information.

| M. NEWSLETTER
OPTING-OUT OPTION. |
| IncomePad members
are opted-in to receive IncomePad newsletters at the time of
enrollment. You may opt-out of receiving these newsletters at
any time by updating your account information; uncheck the box
that reads “Keep me updated about featured fast cash offers”. |

| N. CANCELING
YOUR ACCOUNT. |
| You may cancel your
Membership at anytime by notifying IncomePad at support@incomepad.com
or by submitting the cancellation form at http://www.incomepad.com/cancel.php.
If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-join,
you will be assigned a new account ID and you will not receive
credit for earnings made using your previous account and you
will not receive your referrals back. |

| O. CHANGES TO
THE PRIVACY POLICY. |
| By registering to
use the IncomePad service, you agree to accept this Privacy
Policy and are aware that IncomePad’s privacy policy may
change from time to time. We strongly advise our members to
check back from time to time. We are also welcome any feedback
